Coordinating plant maintenance administration, including service schedules, maintenance records and compliance documentation.
Working closely with field crews to ensure documentation is completed accurately and deadlines are met.

Experience with payroll, accounts or project administration.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.

More importantly, you’re someone who:
Takes accountability for your work and follows tasks through to completion.
Stays organised while managing multiple priorities.
Thinks ahead and takes initiative rather than waiting to be asked.
Takes pride in accuracy and consistently delivers high-quality work.
Communicates well and enjoys supporting a busy team.
