If you enjoy balancing people leadership with operational responsibility and take pride in creating great experiences for both customers and team members, this is the opportunity for you.
What You'll Be Doing

Leading, coaching, and developing the retail and warehouse team
Providing knowledgeable and professional customer service
Rostering, onboarding, training, and team coordination
Overseeing inventory management, purchasing, stock control, and stocktakes
Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency
Who You Are
You're a people-first leader who enjoys supporting and developing teams while delivering a high standard of customer service. You're equally comfortable working with people, systems, inventory, and day-to-day operations, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
You'll ideally bring experience in:
Retail, store, showroom, or trade retail management
Leading, coaching, and developing small teams
Inventory management, purchasing, stock control, and stocktakes
Delivering high standards of customer service and relationship management
Coordinating day-to-day operations and improving business processes
Working with inventory management or ERP systems such as Cin7 or similar platforms
Experience within ceramics is ideal, but not essential. We're more interested in your leadership ability, customer service mindset, and ability to balance people, process, and operations.
