This is a hands-on operational leadership role overseeing customer service, administration, stock management, logistics, systems, and process improvement across the Australian business. You’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while strengthening the systems, reporting, and operational discipline that support smarter commercial decision-making and continued growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading day-to-day operations across customer service, admin, logistics, and supply chain

• Managing forecasting, stock planning, replenishment, and supplier coordination

• Overseeing 3PLs, freight partners, warehousing, and inventory integrity

• Improving operational systems, reporting, dashboards, and data integrity across the business

• Supporting commercial decision-making through accurate operational data and insights

• Monitoring operational costs and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency without compromising service quality

• Leading and developing a capable small operational team

• Partnering with leadership to drive operational improvements that strengthen scalability, efficiency, and long-term business performance

Who You Are

A steady, structured operator who keeps things moving while continually finding ways to improve how the business runs.

You’ll likely bring:

• 5–8 years’ experience across operations, supply chain, logistics, or stock management

• Strong experience within product-based businesses managing SKUs, forecasting, and inventory planning

• Experience leading small teams within operational or customer-focused environments

• Commercial awareness across margins, cost control, and operational performance

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability, particularly around reporting and forecasting

• Confidence working with systems such as Cin7, ERP/CRM platforms, freight tools, and operational reporting

• A hands-on, calm, and accountable leadership style

• A genuine interest in mentoring, developing, and supporting a small operational team
